1. Booking & Payment
All bike rentals must be booked through our website. A booking is only confirmed after full payment is made via the available payment methods (e.g., M-Pesa). Once payment is received, a confirmation message will be sent to the customer.
2. Pickup & Return Location
All bikes must be picked up and returned at our designated location:

Customers are required to return the bike to the same location unless otherwise agreed.
3. Rental Duration
The rental period begins at the time selected during booking and ends at the agreed return time. Late returns may attract additional charges.
4. Late Returns
If a bike is returned later than the agreed time, extra charges will apply based on the additional time used. Continued delays without communication may result in penalties.
5. Identification Requirement
Customers must provide a valid identification document (National ID, Passport, or Driver’s License) at the time of bike pickup.
6. Bike Usage
Customers agree to:
- Use the bike responsibly and for its intended purpose
- Not use the bike for illegal activities
- Not sublet, lend, or transfer the bike to another person
7. Damage & Loss
The customer is fully responsible for:
- Any damage to the bike during the rental period
- Loss or theft of the bike or its accessories
Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
8. Safety Responsibility
Customers are responsible for their own safety while using the bike. We strongly recommend wearing protective gear such as helmets.
ClinBee Bikes is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during use.
9. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made in advance may be eligible for a refund (terms may vary).
- No refunds will be issued for unused time after the rental has started.
10. Availability
All bookings are subject to bike availability. In rare cases where a booked bike is unavailable, we reserve the right to offer an alternative or issue a refund.
11. Changes to Terms
ClinBee Bikes reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
